Day 1:

This is the photo I found for the daily blog. This photograph is taken by Walter Astrada in India. What drew me to this photograph was the mono tone of the picture. His choice of angle in the photo is great because it makes me wonder what is behind the photographer, but ahead what he sees is silence or nothing-ness. The women crotched over makes her back aline with the believed horizon as she is drinking. The lines in the water allow for one to understand the depth of how far it goes back towards the horizon. Overall this photo is very pleasing to me. From the fact its almost monochromatic to the line in the water to the shoreline.
